The Grandes Serres Estate was founded in 1977 by Camille Serres (son of Fernand Serres, a wine-lover pharmacist from Avignon). Camille Serres has always aimed to make great wines reflecting the best of each terroir of the appellation. Established in the famous appellation Châteauneuf-du-Pape, the Grandes Serres estate has perpetuated this goal to reach excellence with its team and its oenologists. Samuel Montgermont, the present winemaker who is also in line with the estate’s values, keep pursuing the perfect moment to harvest the perfect ripe grapes, which is a real challenge given by the different varieties and terroirs.
The Grandes Serres Estate is presently producing wines from 7 major appellations of South Rhone Valley, among them the iconic Châteauneuf-du-pape. The wines are ripe and generous reflecting a sunny terroir. We promise you a perfectly balanced and elegant wine.
